Do you remember him? Liam Gallagher updates us on his arthritis: “I’m on the decline phase.”

L’ex Oasis is dealing with some health issues and has decided to cut back on vices: ‘But we’ll all die anyway, right?’

Years of wild parties and rockstar lifestyle are taking their toll, as Liam Gallagher indicated in a recent interview with The Sun. He talked about the need to balance his life after years of excesses, even after being diagnosed with health issues.

In 2017, the former Oasis frontman was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, an autoimmune condition. Additionally, he underwent hip surgery last year due to his arthritis, which causes severe pain, describing it as feeling like his bones are being crushed.

“I can’t sleep at night because of the pain. I toss and turn. So, I take herbal sleeping pills, they’ve been a lifesaver,” he said. He then added, “I’m definitely on the decline phase. But we’ll all die, right?” He says it matter-of-factly.

To improve his health, Gallagher stated that he will cut back on alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes. He also revealed that he wakes up at 4 in the morning every day, saying, “When you get older, life becomes precious, you know what I mean?”
